TERMS, CONDITIONS, ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND WAIVERS

These Terms, Conditions, Acknowledgements and Waivers apply to skateboarding in which the participant takes part during his/her competition at Skateboarding India Federation. In participating or giving permission for my child to participate in the Skateboarding Competition, I agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified Skateboarding India Federation, its employees, servants and agents and each of them from and against all actions, claims, charges and expenses which may be brought or made or claimed against them arising out of or in relation to participation in the Competition. I understand that skateboards can be dangerous and that I compete in this event and associated activities at my own risk. I understand and agree that event organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, disability, death, property damage or any loss of any kind which may be sustained. I hereby consent to medical treatment, in the event of injury, accident or illness during the Competition. I consent to pay all fees and expenses incurred as a result of medical treatment. I acknowledge that I can choose to wear protective gear at my own risk. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility for my personal possessions and equipment at all times, before, during and after the event and its related activities.
